Celebrate!!!

Wow 1 entire year of blogging here at Surrendering All of Me. So don't be shy have a seat and enjoy the party.

Doesn't it match so cutely with my blog!

Here are some of my thoughts written in my journal, concerning this momentous event.

This time last year I was most likely still praying to see if it was the Lord's will for me to blog. My mother was adding the finishing touches to the beautiful design she made. I was getting so excited, and now one entire year has passed since the launch.

One year later finds me with a somewhat experienced attitude towards blogging. My writing has improved immensely over the past year. Before I would add more commas than grammatically permited, way too many superficial words, and for some odd reason randomly capitalize words in the middle of my sentences.

God has allowed me to come into contact with some truly wonderful friends in the blogosphere. I've learned a lot from them, wether it be about photography, fashion writing, or just plain encouragement...

With the Lord's help I strive to make this blogging upcoming year of fun, creativity, Biblical teachings, encouragement, and more about Christ. Whatever else God adds will be a blessing.

I am super glad to have started this blog. I am excited to see all that the Lord has in store for me.

I also wanted to give a special thank you to those who actually follow me. Though I do not have the hundreds of followers that some have, but the fact that you followed me even though I do not have the gadget is a blessing to me. It is easy for someone to hit a follow blog at any cute blog they see, but do they actually stay and become that persons friend? Most likely not. The fact that you took the time to copy that url into the add a blog means you were willing to become a fellow friend.

Lots of Love to all my followers, readers, and everyone. Now you can enjoy your piece of cake:)
